Online:

If the product you purchased is defective or we shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly replace it! We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). Please call at 417-890-8337 or email rebekah@creatordesigns.com for a  return authorization number for the item you would like to return. All other purchases are final.

 

In Store Policy:

If the product you purchased is defective we will gladly replace it or give you a refund as long as tags are attached and the item is unworn and unwashed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or changed your mind then you may exchange or return your item within 15 business days of your original purchase date for a full refund. Your refund will be made in the same form of payment the purchase was originally made. All tags must be attached and the item must be unworn and unwashed. After 15 business days an exchange or return may be made but store credit will be given.  All tags must be attached and the item must be unworn and unwashed. After 30 business days the sale is final and there will be no opportunity for an exchange or refund. All Clearance Items are final sales. Your item(s) will be available for pick up at our Creator Designs Bolivar location once all orders have been printed and fulfilled. You will receive an automated email when your order is available for pick up. Please note that all Easy Tees’y orders are pre-orders and are printed at a later date then when you place your order. Group Pick Up:

Your item(s) will be available at a location determined by the person who was in charge of the EZTZ order as a whole. If you select this pick up option then one person will be picking up your order along with others. That person will be the contact and that contact will be the person to answer any questions about pick up location and/or times you can pick up.
